The Country Programme will be financed by 98.9 million Euro through both soft loans and grant. The Framework is the result of a process that embraces Italy’s active role in the promotion of the EU+ Joint Cooperation Strategy for Ethiopia and Italy’s adhesion to the New Alliance.
