April 2008 Joint Budget and Aid Review (JBAR) Report
In the first half of EFY 2000 the overall fiscal outturn shows strong expenditure performance at all levels of government with significant nominal increases in poverty targeted expenditure. Nevertheless, revenue performance was weaker than in the same period of EFY 1999. In the first half of EFY 2000, growth in revenue outturn has not kept pace with expenditure expansion, which has led to a higher deficit compared to the same period last year.
Synthesis Report on Ethiopia's Progress Towards Achieving the MDGs: Successes, Challenges and Prospects
The report, produced by MoFED with the financial support from the DAG Monitoring and Evaluation Pooled Fund, is the official assessment by the Government of Ethiopia of the progress towards MDGs, which was shared during the recently held UN General Assembly meeting in New York.
